MeteoRIDE!
Climb, Sprint, ATTACK! MeteoRIDE! is a highly-energy, out-of-this-world and adrenaline-pumping indoor cycling workout. This class gives you the thrill of the moment with an incredible music selection while taking you on a journey through flat terrains and high-altitude climbs. Be ready to hit it hard with upper and lower body conditioning to complete your challenge!

RPM™
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, RPM™ takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flats. Spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM™ is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement as you draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. This low-impact group indoor cycling workout gives you control of your own workout intensity as you control your own resistance levels and speed. You’ll build up your fitness level over time and can expect to burn up to 675 calories a session. It’s a journey, not a race!

I.C.G
Power = Speed x Strength. This is what I.C.G is all about! Coach by Colour translates your speed and strength into different zones and colours to tell you how much power you have created to produce fitness outcomes! It is ALL YOU!
MEDIUM INTENSITY:
I.C.E Mania
A full 60-min class workout with integration of different zonal trainings (including HIIT).
Key focus on good techniques and postures (resistance level and cadence speed) to achieve better fitness level; building good stamina, endurance and overall body strength.
MEDIUM INTENSITY
ICE – BOOTCAMP
Challenging indoor cycling class that incorporates different form of training in a single 60-minute session. This includes power cycling, endurance cycling, interval training, core training and PHAT training, all performed to the latest heart-pumping music.
HIGH INTENSITY
Indoor Cycling Experience (I.C.E.)
This indoor cycling class is highly recommended if you want a solid foundation in bike set-up and cycling technique. I.C.E comes in different levels and you can start with basic cycling fundamentals and manage your own intensity as you progress. Coupled with an upbeat and exciting selection of music, this class sets you up for an adrenaline-infused ride!
