TFX Millenia Walk is a Hyrox Training Club, with facilities to help one train for their Hyrox races and are designed to help you build the strength, endurance, and confidence needed to excel in the world’s fastest-growing fitness race. Led by experienced trainers, each session combines expert coaching, race-specific programming, and performance-focused drills to prepare you for every station with precision and confidence.

Our classes are built around the core HYROX movements shown in the race format, including SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. You’ll also train the crucial transitions between stations and running efforts, helping you improve pacing, efficiency, and race-day strategy. Whether you’re stepping into HYROX for the first time or chasing a new personal best, our coaches tailor guidance to your level so you can progress safely and effectively.

New to HYROX or looking to sharpen your basics? This is where it all begins. 

HYROX FOUNDATIONAL is designed to teach you the correct techniquesmovement patterns, and posture needed to train safely and effectively.

You will develop a solid fitness base through a mix of strengthenduranceaerobic conditioning, agility, and skill work, setting you up for long-term progress and performance.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to master the fundamentals before leveling up.

LOW INTENSITY:

This class is all about powering up your endurance and unlocking your full athletic potential. 

HYROX Engine focuses on improving your aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and stamina so you can perform at a higher level for longer.

Expect a dynamic mix of interval training, high-intensity efforts, and race-style “compromised” workouts that challenge both your speed and resilience.

Ideal for athletes who want to boost endurance, increase VO Max, and dominate longer efforts.

HYROX Power is designed to develop the muscular strength and endurance you need to move heavy loads effectively, even when fatigue sets in. 

Through targeted training, you’ll build raw power, resilience, and control, helping you stay strong from start to finish.

Perfect for those looking to build muscle, increase strength, and help highly conditioned endurance athletes achieve balance and be more prepared on race day.

Our HYROX Classes

Our rules and booking procedures help make classes a great experience for all members.

  • You can make class bookings via phone, in person at the centre reception, or via the App/Online Booking System.
  • To avoid any delays, do have your membership ID ready when making phone bookings.
  • Online class bookings will close 2 Hours before the class commences.
  • When a vacancy is available, an email will be sent to all members on the same online waiting list for that class. The first member who acknowledges the email will be given the slot.
  • No email will be sent to inform members that the said vacancy has been taken up.
  • Online waiting list will expire 2 hours before class commences. After which members may want to join the Walk-in Queue at the reception.
  • Otherwise, this will be considered as a No-show and your slot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Class ticket can be printed at the reception if you have a valid class booking 2.5 hour prior to the class commencement time.
  • Class ticket cannot be printed if a class has already commenced.
  • In the unfortunate event that you lose your class ticket, you can obtain a reprint at the reception.
  • Reprinted ticket will have "Reprint" indicated on the class ticket.
  • Please ensure that you have collected the right ticket displaying your name and class details, especially during peak hours.
  • Members are reminded that they will be liable for a penalty fine of SGD$25 if they are absent from 3 of the classes that have booked.
  • The company reserves the rights to cancel, change the class type or instructor without prior notice.
