Dance Mania is a step-by-step dance choreography class set to the latest-trending pop music. Genres are a mixture of styles from street jazz to jazz funk.

Workout like a Kpop star! K-Kardio Dance is a Kpop workout program that combines Kpop MTV moves with cardio elements.
It is easy and fun, while making sure you burn those calories.

Love to dance to the hottest hits but have no dance experience? Join the party! This is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout where anything goes and everything is encouraged. Featuring a mash-up of awesome music and simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star, regardless of age or fitness level. Lose yourself as you lose the calories – this energy is carefree and highly contagious.

The ultimate combination of music and dance, BODYJAMTM mashes up fresh choreography with cutting-edge music from all over the world to create a dance experience like no other. Simple House, Latin and Hip Hop tracks, followed by two longer, more intense dance blocks will have you feeling like a backup dancer in a music video, two left feet or not. Go on and lose yourself in this high-energy, full body cardio workout that burns calories while you’re having fun!

Wiggle your hips and dance the fast footwork to a mix of Latin dance styles such as Cumbia, Salsa, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly Dancing and more. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Improve your coordination, tone your entire body, boost your heart health and burn up to 500 calories in a 60-minute class, while having fun! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why ZUMBA® classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Our Dance Classes

Our rules and booking procedures help make classes a great experience for all members.

  • You can make class bookings via phone, in person at the centre reception, or via the App/Online Booking System.
  • To avoid any delays, do have your membership ID ready when making phone bookings.
  • Online class bookings will close 2 Hours before the class commences.
  • This rule will not apply if the booking is for the same club.
  • If you booked a class at HarbourFront Centre which ends at 1pm, you will not be allowed to book another class starting at 1:30pm at Great World City.
  • If your second class is also at HarbourFront Centre, your booking will be allowed.
  • When a vacancy is available, an email will be sent to all members on the same online waiting list for that class. The first member who acknowledges the email will be given the slot.
  • No email will be sent to inform members that the said vacancy has been taken up.
  • Online waiting list will expire 2 hours before class commences. After which members may want to join the Walk-in Queue at the reception.
  • Otherwise, this will be considered as a No-show and your slot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Class ticket can be printed at the reception if you have a valid class booking 2.5 hour prior to the class commencement time.
  • Class ticket cannot be printed if a class has already commenced.
  • In the unfortunate event that you lose your class ticket, you can obtain a reprint at the reception.
  • Reprinted ticket will have "Reprint" indicated on the class ticket.
  • Please ensure that you have collected the right ticket displaying your name and class details, especially during peak hours.
  • Members are reminded that they will be liable for a penalty fine of SGD$25 if they are absent from 3 of the classes that have booked.
  • The company reserves the rights to cancel, change the class type or instructor without prior notice.
