Workout like a Kpop star! K-Kardio Dance is a Kpop workout program that combines Kpop MTV moves with cardio elements.
It is easy and fun, while making sure you burn those calories.

LES MILLS DANCE™ is a high-energy workout that will reinvent the way you move and sweat! 45-minutes, 10 stand-alone tracks, inspired by global dance genres and designed by dancers. Each class has innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired from a wide variety of dance genres.

The ultimate combination of music and dance, BODYJAMTM mashes up fresh choreography with cutting-edge music from all over the world to create a dance experience like no other. Simple House, Latin and Hip Hop tracks, followed by two longer, more intense dance blocks will have you feeling like a backup dancer in a music video, two left feet or not. Go on and lose yourself in this high-energy, full body cardio workout that burns calories while you’re having fun!

Wiggle your hips and dance the fast footwork to a mix of Latin dance styles such as Cumbia, Salsa, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly Dancing and more. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Improve your coordination, tone your entire body, boost your heart health and burn up to 500 calories in a 60-minute class, while having fun!
