LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT heroes the essential elements of strength training.
Set to the perfect hip hop soundtrack, you will progress through a sequence of 12 x 45-minute workouts learning the essential elements of strength training with slow and controlled movements, functional exercises and dynamic core work – all at your own pace.
The workouts are structured in progressive, science-backed phases and will help you:
- Increase muscle
- Improve weights training technique
- Dynamic core strength

AQUA FIT (Only at TFX Funan)
Aqua Fit involves aerobic exercises, resistance training, and flexibility movements carried out in the water. Led by a certified instructor, the class will take place in a shallow pool where exercises utilize the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. The instructor will guide the group through a series of exercises, often synchronized with music, to target various muscle groups and improve cardiovascular endurance.

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed + strength and maximizes calorie burn.
This form of exercise alternates between intense periods of work and recovery periods for a shorter, more efficient workout.
We incorporate functional training toys such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bulgarian Bags, Battle Ropes etc and your own body weight coupled with a whole load of motivation, this class will take you to your limits.

You’ll work and strengthen your upper and lower body while burning calories and increasing your overall speed, agility and fitness level.
