LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT®

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT heroes the essential elements of strength training.

Set to the perfect hip hop soundtrack, you will progress through a sequence of 12 x 45-minute workouts learning the essential elements of strength training with slow and controlled movements, functional exercises and dynamic core work – all at your own pace.

The workouts are structured in progressive, science-backed phases and will help you:

  • Increase muscle
  • Improve weights training technique
  • Dynamic core strength

Duration: 12 series over 24 weeks.

LOW - MEDIUM INTENSITY:

AQUA FIT (Only at TFX Funan)

Aqua Fit involves aerobic exercises, resistance training, and flexibility movements carried out in the water. Led by a certified instructor, the class will take place in a shallow pool where exercises utilize the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. The instructor will guide the group through a series of exercises, often synchronized with music, to target various muscle groups and improve cardiovascular endurance.

We incorporate functional training tools such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bulgarian Bags, and Battle Ropes, along with your own body weight. Coupled with a whole load of motivation from our expert trainers, this class pushes you to your limits and beyond. Every workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends, and twists.

Punch and kick your way to fitness with this mixed martial arts-inspired workout. Fiercely energetic, BODYCOMBAT™ is completely non-contact, with easy moves drawing from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. You’ll work and strengthen your upper and lower body while burning calories and increasing your overall speed, agility and fitness level. Feel empowered and in control as you punch out stress, kick down goals and build phenomenal core strength. Our BODYCOMBAT™ Instructor will coach and motivate you through every round, challenging you to push yourself further.

Our Aerobics Classes

Our rules and booking procedures help make classes a great experience for all members.

  • You can make class bookings via phone, in person at the centre reception, or via the App/Online Booking System.
  • To avoid any delays, do have your membership ID ready when making phone bookings.
  • Online class bookings will close 2 Hours before the class commences.
  • This rule will not apply if the booking is for the same club.
  • If you booked a class at HarbourFront Centre which ends at 1pm, you will not be allowed to book another class starting at 1:30pm at Great World City.
  • If your second class is also at HarbourFront Centre, your booking will be allowed.
  • When a vacancy is available, an email will be sent to all members on the same online waiting list for that class. The first member who acknowledges the email will be given the slot.
  • No email will be sent to inform members that the said vacancy has been taken up.
  • Online waiting list will expire 2 hours before class commences. After which members may want to join the Walk-in Queue at the reception.
  • Otherwise, this will be considered as a No-show and your slot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Class ticket can be printed at the reception if you have a valid class booking 2.5 hour prior to the class commencement time.
  • Class ticket cannot be printed if a class has already commenced.
  • In the unfortunate event that you lose your class ticket, you can obtain a reprint at the reception.
  • Reprinted ticket will have "Reprint" indicated on the class ticket.
  • Please ensure that you have collected the right ticket displaying your name and class details, especially during peak hours.
  • Members are reminded that they will be liable for a penalty fine of SGD$25 if they are absent from 3 of the classes that have booked.
  • The company reserves the rights to cancel, change the class type or instructor without prior notice.
