MegaCombat 2026

Get ready for MegaCombat 2026! Experience an electrifying 90-minute workout led by Les Mills Ambassador Reagan Kang alongside True Group instructors Aaron, Justine, Kim HY, Shaye and Zovy. Set to powerful music, BODYCOMBAT® combines punches, kicks and athletic movements inspired by Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai for an exhilarating full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.

REGISTRATION FEE: $12 for True members | $18 for non-True members
